After being freed from her totally voluntary arrangement with a certain brother and sister who are heads of ICARUS, thanks to a kind deed of Freyja Allmark (how does that compute? D8), Jade Ikeda will be resurfacing with a new look.

I actually originally intentioned her to change up her hair color/etc every so often. And in this case, it's also very purposeful to become less recognizable because ICARUS assests are probably gonna have standing orders to hunt her down and kill her >_> Y'know, dem wily Twins.

Crown Rogue. While not quite possessing a powerset of individuals from a certain rival faction, such as the ability to teleport through shadows or phase through solid matter, Rogue's past as a catburglar and her natural flexibility still make her very skilled at handling things with a certain quiet touch.

Unlike the looser material of most Crown Uniforms, Rogue's is much more akin to spandex in order to minimize sound and maximize range of movement.

Just a few faces I pulled from aborted pics. I have a huge backlog of chars that need art, and have no clue when I'll feel like getting anyone in question proper art, so figured it a good idea just to have some image to be related to certain people.

On the bottom-left is Lucrezia. She's appeared briefly in Parade of Wind. She's Angelo's 17 year-old daughter, and also a Crown. She's a little fireball brawler. Not quite sure on her depicted hair/skin color; not sure if she looks quite Italian. Think I need to make her hair a bit darker, and need Graham's feedback on skintone, since it's supposed to match Angelo's.

Top-Right is Sumire. She's a (non-tamer) agent with MINOTAUR. She has a somewhat androgynous appearance to her (because of her hair and the fact that she wears a full suit)... She looks kinda "unhappy" in the cropped headshot here, though is generally pretty stoic ^^;

Sumire was recruited under Urara's recommendation, as someone she had past professional experience with and is dependable, able to improvise really well, has an amazing fortitude, and is difficult to faze. Malcolm assumed Urara worked with her at the Cyan PD >_>; Though that actually was not the "professional" setting where the two had crossed paths in the past *Cough*. Anyway, Sumire is also the lead guitarist of Ambivalent Black Rose (the same band K' plays bass in!), which is quickly becoming the most popular band in Cyan's underground scene.

And, lastly, the bottom-right is the prototype design for Heartmon, who happens to be Lucrezia's partner >_>;; But we're not going to speak much about Heartmon yet.

Huh. She wasn't really meant to come out Paine-y ^^;; The resemblance is definitely there, though.

Sumire's expression doesn't really help (in the context of the original sketch she's kinda looking downward a bit). She's supposed to appear a lot more stoic/muted; she doesn't go around "looking angry" o 3o; Whenever I wind up drawing her again, I'll try and remember to draw her head at more of an angle, so the depth and length of the top and back of her hair (compared to Paine) is made more apparent.

And will make Lucrezia a bit more tan. I had actually toned down her skin a bit because she was looking too Hispanic. But shouldn't be an issue when I also make her hair a bit more towards black.

I think the perspective came out pretty well, and I like how the stockings worked out, though not quite as much with her bra and panties. But I now have a better idea of some of the more details I'd have to draw in advance, so should be able to do a better job whenever the next time I draw anything with lace is.

I've been waiting for Cam to draw something Sentinel so I get a feel for the design before drawing any of my Sentinel characters, but the want for lingerie is a convenient excuse XD

Here's Nadia Azzi. She's a Lebanese woman with an Egyptian mother. She is quite possibly Sentinel's nicest member, though largely because she considers SCIENCE to be a big 'ol grey/neutral area, so that's not to say she's in wholesale disagreement with the faction's methodology or anything.

She was originally with the Daedalus Initiative, and is sorta Sentinel's own "mad scientist". She's not as technically gifted as people like the Twins, other ICARUS higher ups, Jetten and the like, but her DE, "Seamstress" allows her to assimilate many different technologies. Also because of this difference, she's much more active in the field, as she seeks new technology to assimilate and new sources of experiments.

And not unlike DU's other science-minded individuals, Nadia is not without her quirks. She's very easygoing, mostly interested in her own curiosities and any other thing she fancies that comes across her eyes.

The decor here in her room is meant to go along with her assimilation vibe o 3o; A sort of clash between very traditional silk curtains and sheets along with the hi-tech circuitry design in the walls. Nadia herself also contains a similar sort of clash - she has certain tastes for the simple and sensual, but also an obvious drive for the new and complex.

Yeah, her hair was fun to do XD After comparing my finished product to your original Toitoi art, I also kinda saw a thing or two I could prolly improve upon with my take whenever the next time I draw her may be. Overall though would you say her "sideburn" bangs are about the right size or should they be a bit further up the cheek and not as low down? ^^; May be hard to judge, I realized I kinda fudged on her ear and it should be out to the left a little bit more.

Well, my drawing spree suddenly cooled off there. Despite a nice long list of characters I'd like to draw and a few pieces of art I offered to do for some others ^^; I've sketched a few things here and there that I haven't been too satisfied with.

Anyway, here's Noel, who I haven't drawn in some time. The itch to sketch her peaked after playing some KoF2002 with my buddy (yay Vanessa) though was building up some via Street Fighter (>.> Since Crimson Viper's pretty much a riff on Vanessa with the added flair of other KoF chars).

Wanted to try a bit of a different perspective - a bit of an up angle with Noel looking down towards someone. Her expression here is something that probably woulda been more common back in her banchō days in high school. Basically "I'm gonna fuck you up... And enjoy doing it." So, needless to say, not exactly an expression you want to see from Noel.

Here's my first time drawing Iris, in one of her S3 outfits. Jason's awesomeness is totes responsible for the visual direction, as most of the cues here are taken from the two S3 Iris concepts he's done. He drew her tuft of blue hair up once and down once, not sure which I like more o 3o; She'll prolly alternate.

Not entirely satisfied with everything. A few minor proportion things I either didn't catch or couldn't quite get to look right. And I totally didn't nail the leather pants. But I also think that falls into an aspect of shading/coloring that I'll be able to improve on more readily whenever I decide to take a plunge into a tablet instead of using a mouse for.

Inspired by the recent transpirings of "Clash of Swords! Secure Sun Valley!" here is Kai using Voltmon's Arms Code (or rather, the one-armed version of it. Well, more like the 'light' version; I may add a bit more to the design).

His shirt was practically shredded while fighting, so yeah >_> After the reception the first pic of Kai got, I almost feel like making a meme out of "Kai's too sexy for his shirt" XD

This was also kinda unplanned ^^; Considering I have some character art for both others and myself on deck, and then when I had a bit of free time today, this happened instead!

As previously introduced, she's a university student who made a contract during the Second Crash and was lucky enough to have a D-Phone manifest, but without a DJ, and with a glitched manual and a complete air head partner, she's completely in the dark about everything!

Olivia has a water-based DE - she can conjur water around her to act as armor, use to get around, or send to attack. She had a small appearance in the festival thread and is about to get a full introduction.

I'd say she's tall, but... DU probably has about half a dozen girls taller than her XD But regardless, she's a tall, thin type.

....Yeah, that best describes this pic. This isn't something I had in mind at all, it just happened XD

Because of Nana's bodytype, tomboyish looks, and rampant sex hair, I had to be really careful to maintain enough femininity. But I am proud that I was able to do a pretty good job with the perspective and her body being lifted in the air from behind.

So maybe someone else would have been flattered more from this angle. But Nana's definitely the one on my character roster who would enjoy this XD Had I thought "I'm gonna draw some tentacles!" I may have gone with Suki XDDD ....I may have to do that on some point, anyway, if only to officially make Suki and tentacles a thing XD

One thing I caught is that I should have drawn Nana's hair going in the other direction (mirrored from the pic) to indicate a subtle tilt of her head in the opposite direction.

Here's some concept art for Mikhail, an upcoming character of Garran/Ronnel's.

He's a big, burly Crown fella who's going to debut alongside the new Divine Crown Wolf. I intend to give Mikhail some more proper art with his Visor equipped, but wanted to make sure his face got out there and I had his general size looking about right. ^^; I also forgot to inquire about skin tone of relatively light or dark hair, so just decided to keep it simple here.
