This took all damn day when it really shouldn't have. The dog was being ten different flavors of brat, the cat wanted in my face, Texas traffic was a bitch and all sorts of nonsense. Thus, I mostly worked on this drawing while angry and just wanting to be alone.

Incidentally, it helped get the feel I wanted. Shugotenshi is many things, but at the core of it he feels alone because he feels he needs to be. How many secrets is he keeping? How many lives does he put before his own?

The throne of the guardian is a lonely one. There is a point where even the bond between Tamer and Digimon cannot reach without error and pain.

Whatever you did for those LoE effects, keep experimenting with that. It screams light construct.

I probably would have made the glow effects from Thanatos's eyes a bit smoother to suggest fluid movement or a straight line. As is it looks like he's bouncing up and down rapidly rather than a swift kill movement.

This took all damn day and I'm ashamed that it took all goddamn day. Every thing got my attention, everyone wanted my attention, and generally the weather we've had the past week has been one storm shy of biblical and that just fucks my drive.

That said, with this picture I wanted to try things and I damn well failed, so I figured why not return to my roots as a comic artist and manga this shit up? Jason covered the human half of the equation so I opted for the Digimon side of it.

So yeah, fresh from her redesign SKETCH, not final, here's Hagoromon having herself a dandy time with Okagemon....and yeah, if I was gonna go manga I went all the way.

Was discussing Rekidenmon and her forms with Jess and found that across the board her forms were rather...fluid. Ideas wanted to form but couldn't be described and loose sketches being all that could be created due to mitigating circumstances. Thus, I decided to try my hand at some design so future drawings I do might be more solid.

To the left is Rekidenmon. As I was told the ears only pop up after maturation I figured that if you're mature, why hide any other fox like feathers, hence the sharpened nails and the feet. The previous design had a lot of clothing I thought might get in the way of previous designs so I tried to shorten it up some.

On the right is Hagoromon, who Jess told me was supposed to look more fox-like. The entire line, at least for the A-Track, is supposed to follow how kitsune donned the guise of humans before shedding them to unleash their power hence the more anthro look here. To carry on the sakura petal design I gave her a constant veil with the design as well as spread it what little hard armor she wears.

Between the two I was also trying to balance cup sizes. >_>;;

I really like the sleekness to his design, and the grins shows a certain craftiness I never thought to give Lynx. And yeah, poor Lynx has been through a lot. Being hunters, spies, assassins--anything that required to them to stay in the shadows--the Darklynxmon species is known for their near-infinite patience. Thus Lynx was uniquely suited to be Jace's parter and keep the Valor boy's impulsive and volatile nature in check. Very much the inverse of the Valor/Lynx dynamic in DDT.

Well, I'm not quite back to 100% yet, so we're technically still on time here >_>

I think it came out really well o 3o Really captured the face and hairstyle I had gone for with Lucrezia, including the general sort of tomboy aura with it (also dig how you did her scar). Proportions with head size also look good considering that she's a short one at the 5ft mark. Definition's nice, and you can clearly see the weight of your lines, especially in terms of her left leg and the effect of her right foot being under her left thigh.

I'll echo Graham - I think how her lower right leg's accentuated makes it look a bit more like an armored/robot/Digimon leg than a human's, maybe? I think it's mostly how the muscles and knee work together; the outside shape of the leg itself looks good. In contrast, her left leg came out better.

More stylistically, the redness and sweat on the body is a nice touch. It's done really nicely, but I suppose Graham has a point by saying there's a lot of sweat XD Must have been some workout >_> I do also like how you adapted the cut of her top.

Yeah, the muscle work I'm still working on. I'm more used to curves than I am structured muscle when it comes to females and unfortunately my references either went full body builder or noodle limbs. I'd go to the gym to do research drawings but something tells me the local facilities might frown on me walking in and staring at the females...

As for the sweat stylistically I can understand but realistically that's not far from how a proper workout should leave someone. Hell, I've seen worse in club goers.

For another I kiiiind of see what the others are talking about with the sweat and muscles. But I also, stylistically, understand both. Hell, Celia's abs aren't realistic or anything. Her muscles do look more like 'panels' in places, but I feel like it works for the most part, primarily the midsection. I'm generally ok with the sweat. It's a bit much, but I also kind of like wet girls, be it from sweat, water, oil, or *coughsalivacough* u 3u Viva the Glistening Goddesses

FUCK it's been a damn long time since I drew Dunamimon, but I remember enough that the original design was a mess of ideas that ended up looking like a cyborg with a disc on his back. I wanted to go for "Angemon but upgraded", so this design came to mind. Continuing the theme of the covered eye, Dunamimon's metal plate conceals a different eye that is sealed to contain his power.

Like before, he also has a Red Flare form based on Celia.

This one has taken quite awhile since I started it right before I got gravely ill, so the amoutn of repair work I had to do was somewhere within the realm of fucking hard and why did I do this. X___X

But yes! Riiko's partner in full design. I wanted to try and push the flower aspect more with his redesign as well as start a design theme concerning his left eye. Each of his forms has something around it or covering it, usually as a seal of power. That is probably best shown when I draw up Dunamimon.

Also. Male and Female plinimon, normally, look the same, only thing that distinguishes them are the color of their scarves. Light Blue=Females & Light Green=Males. Though, there are a few... "mythical" scarves that can be both gender. Such as our dear see Arturia here. Who has the title of Plinimon of the Red Scarf~

Digging the design, the proportions (armor included) strike a really fitting image, and colors came out great.

So I tried doing cheesecake of Tenoderamon, seeing as how I tend to favor drawing her as Langhuamon, and after hours of sketching and erasing gave the fuck up. I woke up this morning and my hand decided to draw THIS up. >_>; Gotta love timing and sleep.

Part 1 of a short series, this sees Tenoderamon and Genomon enjoying some time out in the sun.... doing things any young couple would do on a normal day. >_>

I think what interests me about Tenoderamon are all the plant like things she does as indicators of emotions. She releases pollen, she blooms flowers, she leaks honey...OK, maybe that's just as Langhuamon and up but shut up, making a point here. She just seems interesting to put into high energy situations. >.> Like sex.

The natural lighting's a definite twist from the usual for this sort of pic. Also more of a background than usual, for that matter ^^; Came together nicely. And always hard to argue with the heart-shaped pupils in this situation >_>

...I think I kind of love the hearts-in-eyes here too, I kind of hope that becomes a trend on the Sketcher as it is in hentai.

Honestly? This is better than my first few attempts at following the 20 minute challenge.

...Where I deleted most of my doodles. Didn't even save the project file, just rendered for the people that asked for the doodles in my livestream and hid them away deep within my computer folders XD

And this MIGHT be the last one I put into the rotation unless I find a nice way to put the faction emblems! The Digivices of the four main factions! I tried to keep the colors as basic as possible so as not to focus on any particular character. The inspiration was a picture on Gelbooru that had the main protagonists from all the anime series holding their individual series' Digivices.

Gotta have at least one banner in the rotation that's 'mon-centric, I think. And the Order has such a nice variety. Plus who doesn't like Battymon?

Also omg Mittens holy shit. XD He...he looks like an angry kitten even. Pffffttt. It's great though. I also like Tekel creepin' subtly. o 3o And Auren. And Battrickmon far right. And Elegy beneath, if I don't miss my guess.
