I have a long way to go before I feel comfortable about trying to draw anything more than my usual anime-ish style. v 3v I fucked up on the eyes. ; A; ....and probably the 'fro.

I haven't actually used the applets in a long time, though. >_>; Making lines on this wasn't as easy. > 3< But I did manage it... >_>;

Anyway, I was mostly testing using the Oekaki "properly" since updating to 1.6.1. *>>*

I was going to hold off on posting it, but I'm far too proud of the fact that I drew feet that looked like feet, even if they're not 100% perfect. ; A; I have also started screwing with the pen tool in Photoshop for cleaner lineart. It makes coloring feel better... which let me mess with brush settings and stumble over one that I liked playing with. Plus I'm getting the hang of this new method of coloring eyes. I like it a lot better.

I actually stopped coloring another pic to draw this one; ...that took me three days to finish. @ 3@ (Probably would have only been two, but there's a wedding on Saturday and some errands had to get done. 9 39; )

As for the character, I think it might be kinda obvious who it is? *>_>*;; I actually failed hard at trying to draw my own effect around her eye. o.< I liked the one around the hand, though, so I kept it. My schedule is really off right now, though, so I'm going to go pass the hell out. x_x;

Nice job on the shading for this, the weight is better than your other drawings, though as with Mariah's last pic of Katharine watch your legs. In this case the length is fine, but Robyn's almost dreadfully thin if I'm following the lines correctly, and when put in comparison to her arms I feel they should be thicker.

He was a Tamer once, for a brief time. He's not now, for reasons. (It was like around 5 years ago in-game, well before any upgrades or new models.) Well, I was trying to think of what his old D-Phone would've looked like. So I did a quick pixel of the old model, and I realized I ended up kinda making it look different... Oops. x:

Well... the purpose of this exercise was to figure out colors on the old model and have a visual. T 3T; I did that. > 3>;

(The snowflake and flower being drawn on there have a purpose. ^^; )

Now I'm just not really happy with the overall drawing that I feel like I should put it up to share before it gets lost in my folder of work that's started, but hasn't gone anywhere. (I actually have a bunch that are less "complete" than this. ; ^; )

The effects of being granted a Corebat from Kasumi also altered the Grimoire Phone shared by Shugotenshi and Anubis. It's now very clear which one is active, as the device itself changes its appearance like an armor casing depending on who's using it.

I originally doodled this on a piece of paper while waiting for food at the Hurricane Cafe. I felt like coloring it because I realized it wasn't that bad with his new jacket.

Since returning from Japan, Shugo's taken to wearing pretty much all black, tucking his cross under his shirt, and using long sleeves and his gloves (occasionally, getting more constant as time progresses. >> Wonder what that's all about. << ) The long sleeves help him hide the nenju bracelet his grandfather gave him.

Pile on top of this the name change granted by his father and he has one more reason to try and 'hide' himself. >_> 8D

I wanted to toss up the drawing of Rhea's partner that I did a while ago. Including the sketches of the Saturn Symbol and the incorporation into a logo/design on his armor that he gained after his Contract with her was formed.

I tried to see if I could manage to make a character who favored the FM Seijin from Ryuusei no Rockman. (Primarily Warrock's sort of idea, but all of them had a similar kind of style.) Both he and Hera's partner hail from Cometchaser Village and are Digimon of the stars/night sky.

The Digital Script on his wrist rings reads "Cometchasers". (Japanese/Kana: コメットチェイサーズ)

I had sketched Anubis rather quickly on a piece of paper. The scanner's been acting tsundere, so I had to work with a photo of the pic to line and color it. >_>

The Rune Font I got from the Puella Magi Wiki, so I could just type it in PS. I wanted to post the little Archon to 1.) Be part of the run! And~ 2.) break the trend since Anubis is black, not innocently white. XD;

Also the only thing I could come up with for Mischief since Loyalty is a stylized dog head and I couldn't make a cat paw look less generic. >_>;

Also, that second Life was my attempt at making it more stylized/symbol-ish, but the first one was the general idea I was trying to convey. XD (And kind what I keep seeing that makes me think of "Life". o 3o; )

....I really did go hunting for some other thought for Triumph, but really, the "I BEAT THIS MOUNTAIN!" pose was all over Google for "Triumph". xD I just had to figure out how to make that a symbol rather than an intricately detailed drawing. >_>;

I had drawn her standing less rigid, but when I got to the skirt, my attempt at puffing failed, I think because of the position I'd drawn her standing in. :< It's the same reason her hands went behind her. *X_X*

How would you age her up a little bit, then? She was hired by Miko straight out of High School, and while she was one of tje two primarily responsible for Cadence while growing up, she also looked after the garden Miko planted... lol ^^;;

The rule of age in art is the more lines the older. If you Certain things like slight lines under the eyes, a longer face, or sharpening the lines of the eyes help to establish that a person is older.

Take Fleur for example or Morana for example. Jason doesn't use a bunch of lines to denote their ages. Their eye shape and face length and structure dictate their ages.

The way Nasuka is drawn at the moment, with her more curvy and slightly wide face, makes her look to be in the same age range as the teenage characters.

But ya, Cam's right. I recommend a longer, more mature face or just a single line under an eye can work. Doesn't have to be long, can be really subtle.

I'm excellent at really plain Digimon. I think I'll stick to that explanation. x: (Bee-tee-dubs, this one was named "Hana".)

Anyway~... Yes, there was a Fujinmon was in DDT. No, this isn't her. While "fujin" means adult female/lady/wife of a nobleman/consort of the emperor/'Mrs.' or 'madam'; also has a translation of 'battle formation', and 'fuujin' is 'wind god'. I had a weird thought Wind Knights, but that's not really expressed I think.

If nothing else, there's probably many more of these in the Digital World. The time lies: I was cooking. Also didn't want to give her green skin like DDT's version because she'd look too much like Gabriel's partner and blue made her look too much like Marimon. That cape was a last minute thought because she already looked way too plain. ><; Aaaaaaaaalso lagged a lot. Goooooonna post this now.

Actually given that she is SUPPOSED to be Child level I like the overall toning down of the design. This seems more "knight" to me than my original design.

Which I still am not sure I wanna keep, but it's what I came up with. ("Dragon Shadow" lulz) Also, I think I flubbed my intentions on Kidodramon's sword, but I like that I managed to make the serpentine dragon actually look sculpted... @.@;

Hayasa is the same as it always has been. Just a clearer design that's not at a weird-ass angle. >_>; ^_^; It's super simple... I might color it if I get ambitious. But this was not what I started drawing over 5 hours ago. X_X;

Started sketching something different in hopes of kickstarting my brain to finish another pic I've been working on. I was also waiting on Advil to kick in from shoulder as well as sinus pain.

I then meandered away and made ramen... so the time lies. A lot.

I also wanted another Kururugi uniform reference on this board that wasn't hanging on the wall AND made some sense. So I accomplished something in my "bleh I feel shitty today and have brain block" mood. I always liked how everything kinda glows at sunset; even briefly. I also drew Yuki again, yay.

He has long white hair with a tinge of blue and has pale-ish skin.... his school uniform is white. ...Is he trying to out-white Loki?

Love the texture you have on the tree, but watch your grass texture there. The actual strokes and their placement make it seem like wherever he is they have let the grass grow to the size of small trees.
