And rounding things out is a concept sketch for K's upcoming Digimental of Mischief supplement.

Back in the day, all the Fairlions had a Fairleomon evolution that I've dropped. While Iris's Lex will eventually get around to activating a reformatted version as her B-Line, it's been wiped out from the other Fairlions. I, however, did decide that I'm into the notion of giving the other three a lion-themed evo, but rather using Digimentals to achieve something that better lines up with their personalities and views on being a Fairlion. K' is the first, using a Digimental of Mischief that creates a lioness-themed punk thief. Jane's evolution, still without a name, is a loosely prisoner-themed brawler.

Compared to Crown Rogue (and a longstanding Mischief!Camille concept) that lean strongly toward femme fatale archetypes, I'm making sure to stress the youthful punk aspects with Mischief!K', which also informed my choice of a jacket and shorts as opppsed to a catsuit or leotard etc. The thief theme is mainly based around a few pieces of gear - her goggles and clawed gloves. The gloves are actually important as they/the supplement alter use of K's Spectral Chains Enhancement some - the breadth of their use is limited some, but she's able to keep chains activated much longer to use for grappling and as weapons etc, and will be a stepping stone for K' to improve her own mastery with her DE (a theme that I plan to continue with the others' lion-themed evos).

Here is concept art for Verita Nguema. Another St. N's student, and another friend of K'. Though she is a tamer and a member of the Daedalus Initiative.

Since she was originally conceptualized along with Paige, there's some fun duality between them. Paige is really shy looking and flustered, but knows what she wants and how to get it. Verita is disciplined and composed, but not really sure what she wants and not always as confident as she looks.

Paige I already kinda have a good idea of what she wears, just didn't really have a standard outfit in mind that I wanted to establish. Verita, on the other hand, I decided to take a bit of time to consider how she dresses, falling on "athletic punk". She dresses to project confidence, which is why I decided to add something bright to the otherwise mostly black clothing, while wanting to reach a bit for a different flavor of punk/goth than Jade/Hana/Iris/etc made me settle on the exposed fishnets.

Verita's from Bioko, the island portion of Equatorial Guinea (the only Spanish-speaking country in Africa, hence her first name). Verita is partnered with a Vorvomon - there's a loose theme going on; Verita has a sort of volcano-themed Enhancement, Bioko is a volcanic island, home to a lizard called the fire skink, which has orange, gold, and black scales.

Nice nice. Love the background you gave her. Watch how you plant the thigh gap, though, it gives off the impression her shorts are way too tight to be healthy. LOVE her hair, and the added volume definitely helps.

Super quick concept idea for a Live Disguise for Ashley's Lagomon partner, Babs o 3o;

More of a loner among super social Lagomon, she hasn't kept a Live Disguise, but will very soon want one for... reasons.

The look was inspired a lot by FE Engage's Merrin; as mentioned, with her being more of a loner not as driven by Typical Lagomon Things, I also felt like a slightly more androgynous, fit vibe to how she presents herself (albeit emphasizing some more quite feminine touches for alluded Reasons) works well with that. I stayed close to Babs' color scheme as established in this pic (even opting for Babs to keep her choker), while the general theme of her sweater, white shirt, and yoga pants was "old clothing Babs could pull out from Ashley's closet". She'll have a coat too, probably blue, but I wasn't quite sure of its design yet (plus omitting it made a quick on/off dual shot a lot easier >_>

Maybe I leaned into the reference's exaggerated proportions a bit much, but then again, she's very much so on the thick and curvy side u 3u Though it also kinda feels like it came out sort of "the proportions are more or less technically correct but her head still feels a bit small and maybe her arms a little short"

Super rough doodle o 3o May go back and touch it up/expand it to a partial body shot but for now just want to get out some representations of a few more characters on the 'ol roster.

This is May Gryps, aka Amethyst Lion Sehkmet. First appearing during World Tour, she is one of Divine Crown Lion's new Chevaliers. She was given the rank mostly to be available as a personal combat support for Lion herself whenever wanted, as her DE, Ward of Dawn can create hard light shields.

May herself is wispy and slender, with a personality a bit more on the soft spoken and shy side, but not so much apprehensive, as she can be extremely determined. She is partnered with Van, a V-mon.

Design-wise I was messing around with her glasses a bit for something unique. Probably needs to be fine-tuned some more, but the end result here aims vaguely for a bit of a cloud/sky vibe.

I also dig the little detail that Lion's personal guard are all cute girls, though a sweet lass like this on the same squadron as nutty bitch Freyja and dark chick Xuan just strikes me as eclectic and definitively Nana. Reminds me of the Valkryie Unit from Code Geass. Just. You know. Not dead.

Another quick and rough doodle. Have had various ideas for an outfit for Jayden in the Analog World for awhile, older thoughts were a bit too eclectic but this week I kinda stumbled on numerous new inspirations and got something that works out well o 3o

Wanted to keep a vaguely pirate vibe with her tunic-inspired top and the style of her pants. And then her pirate coat adapts to something modern-looking. Tifa-style low ponytail felt like the obvious solution to a bit more girlish style then her more reverse trap-y pirate high ponytail and just letting her ridiculous amount of hair down completely.

This would have been a good candidate to take some time on, tweak the perspective a bit better, clean up, practice some stuff like blending makeup and maybe adding some saliva yadda yadda, but, honestly, just wanted to get this done quickly and out today o 3o Haven't been doodling much at all lately, so it's nice just to get something done.

Throwing this one up here as a scrap u 3u I was working on a duo pic of Twilight!Hana and K', both of whom just made their debut. Didn't like how the K' half was coming out art-wise and then, while trying to draw Twilight!Hana actually helped give me some ideas to differentiate the design a bit from the primary reference, I also wasn't having any such luck on the K' side. So just decided to quickly splash on some color to the very rough doodle.

But also did help work out Hana's characteristics with Digimentals o 3o; I actually... have trouble imagining her with anything other than her blue hair, so I decided that it's always gonna stay, just often get a new style + have her eye color change instead.

...I also found it funny that I realized that my two characters with the longest hair (though maybe drew Hana's a little long here) both have very similar Very Blue hair XD

Ditto here, took my proof of concept doodle and changed the outfit a bit. Actual one probably will have some glitter and maybe a bit of silver or something u 3u

The main point for the alternate take is to establish the loose appearance difference when her hair is down; the pink is more prevalent on the inside, so appears to start higher up when her hair's not braided.

Though unlike my more demure, glasses-wearing first DU character and her magician counterpart, Luz is still 100% herself as a performer XD ...Poor girl wishes she had Camille's confidence, but she's much more the way of someone like Hanabi when it comes to that department >_>

This is the Digimental of Courage evolution for Visaurmon, BonePyraurmon being the leading candidate for the name.

Actually thematic reason why the evolution is effectively a stripped down skeleton + Courage armor. I don't think this is quite there; maybe needs another piece of armor or two, maybe I need to simplify the skeleton some more since it's based on the greater complexity of a more squished-down looking SkullGreymon, or maybe I should have just splattered on more fire effects since he is supposed to have a more consumed by flames look o 3o;

Super rough concept I'm workshopping. This is the partner of someone popping up in World Tour. Visaurmon (vision, as in spirit/appiration, + saur, with a bit of "vice" for good measure, take that Cam always complaining that I make up random words for Digimon names >_>)

Taking some inspiration from Kamen Rider Revice's demons, he is a dinosaur and ghost mashup with evolutions styled largely in similar manners and as chimeras etc.

I... like what I'm onto? But also not sure if there should be a little more to the design? The dinosaur elements are almost supposed to sorta be occupied-spirit, here I drew them more like a Gabumon's pelt, I almost feel like maybe I should drop the "ghost" hands underneath and only have the dinosaur arms? I also drew the transition from dinosaur parts to bare skeleton pretty suddenly, thinking the shift should be a bit more gradual. Also debating having the bottom legless ghost blob at all and maybe basically combining that into the tail instead?

If Nana's not the character I've drawn the most, then she's second to only Jade... but I haven't drawn Nana in forever o 3o;;; I also noticed that in said forever ago I had developed a tendency to keep exaggerating her, from the poofiness of her hair to some of her proportions. So kinda wanted to do a bit of a reset to get her back where she's supposed to be. Short, a bit of a natural thickness to her, athletic but not too muscular, with a not-overblown emphasis on her hips and thighs.

Decided to draw her in something Lio Gold-inspired from the Armor Sentai Crownranger thread; didn't come out exactly as desired,but didn't want to spend a lot of time on this u 3u

I admit that was the problem with finding a pose like this that I liked while trying to do "okay let's nail her proportions" XD It was hard for me to get them exactly in this pose. They are thicc and toned, yes, Divine Crown Lion's low center of gravity is dependent on them. But are they maybe a bit much here?

Like besides referencing some of my own old Nana art, Cam's ooooold cheesecake of her here: http://www.dnatamer.net/oekaki/pictures/OP_986.png was something I considered hitting her pretty well (while as my older art of her kinda trended either a bit to thin or a bit too thick).

So yeah, maybe I tried a bit too hard on the thickness? I do like Nana's bodytype as something a bit unique, we have petite small girls and we have fit small girls, but she's a sort of both naturally athletic and naturally soft that's a bit bottom heavy u 3u

I felt like taking yet another stab at Roux to continue to work on my general Digimon designs. I looked toward some more catgirl refs as well as Jess's design/Cam's art for Maneshimon, taking inspiration from the former on the use of bracers and thigh-highs as a simple point of delineation between more animal and human bits o 3o

Design's not quite final... belt should probably be a bit bigger, a "digital" camo pattern might be more appropriate for her top, and was unsure of whether to stick with the new shorts look or just extend them to the thigh bands, but Cam has interest in putting a cherry on top of her design at some point, so I figured I'd just cut my losses here XD

Probably should actually draw her with her rifle at some point again, especially since "Sniper Cat" was the original starting point for her design u 3u

Ooooh, this is a damn choice angle. o 3o I like the buttplug, too. Jasmine is always lovely, and the inhuman parts actually looke great, including the Demon Arm.

Also the Enigma Red logo turned out good. If I put that with some Cyrillic Metal Gear text above it, we have a true insignia.

HOWVEVER if you had bugged me about it I would have, or should have, told you Cyrus/Polluxmon's goat features probably cover his thighs in fur. Satyr-type Demon Digimon and all. o xo

Complimenting Hana and K' here's some sloppy art for Ashley u 3u

I had a whole mess of design goals with an outfit for her XD But they were basically;

1. An existing notion that she's a bit more fashionable
2. Wanting to catch how she both compliments and contrasts Iris' style
3. Wanting to use her to anchor together the Fairlions visually (namely how Iris wears brighter colors but Hana and K' both wear blacks)
4. Of course establish Ashley's own vibe that incorporates some punky elements.

Found some unexpected inspiration, but like how the look's turned out o 3o Was considering some sort of design or brand name or something on the athletic pants, but was worried about overdoing it.

I'd say all the Fairlions have proper art now, but I may decide to do a matching Iris sketch like this since the concept sketch for her new outfit was bland > 3>

Here's some updated art for the Fairlions' resident rocker, K' o 3o

I decided a while back that she was going to get bleached hair, which is the major change here. Her hairstyle was going to nebulously be a bit different, but actually wound up fairly similar, just a bit shorter with the shave on her right side creating some contrast.

Wanted her wardrobe to better reflect her rock 'n roll persona, which has definitely been accomplished. Was also determined on some more midriff after MHY did a crime with Shenhe's v 3v Her shirt features a loose take on a logo for Ambivalent Black Rose, the band K' plays bass in.

Not my best art or anything, but proud of how much personality I wound up getting out of it o 3o Compared to Hana, whom I was more conscious of my choice of colors a bit, particularly in regards to her makeup to try and differentiate her a bit from Jade (and Cassandra), I didn't have any qualms going in hard on blacks here thanks to K's more unique niche.

Since I really did like the general look, here's just a quick edit of the Hana art I did to fix the leg issues o 3o Sadly means no real peak at garters though u 3u

Also very briefly played with her eyeshadow a bit; eraser with the brush opacity turned down wasn't doing terribly good and FireAlpaca doesn't have an innate fade tool, I'll just have to look for a fade brush for it o 3o;

Here's some semi-proper-ish art for the Fairlions' resident short, deadpan, goth girl, Hana o 3o Even sloppier than usual by my standards, wanted to get it out today, wasn't feeling terribly original (was inspired by a ref, tried and failed to do something different with it, so mostly crawled back to the ref lol). I've been wanting to get some new art for the Fairlions' for awhile; have Iris's new look mostly worked out but otherwise have really only drawn Ashley's new hairstyle.

Definitely wanted to goth Hana up a bit more compared to the old Fairlions' art; compared to Jade, who is very punk and leather, Hana is much more straightforward, capital-G Goth. So I did stay conscious about differences, namely staying away from black makeup on her face and deciding to go with purple. Does it look like a bit much? v 3v Need to actually find a blending technique to properly do eyeshadow. Also was unsure on how to do her skin well going more pale with it without making it look too white.

This is probably a little more than she normally dresses XD I guess this would be more in the realm of what her "Goth Girlfriend" (or Important Student Council Business u_u) look would be.

o3o Hana is bustier than I thought she would be, though maybe that's just her top doing a bang up job. Curvier than I thought too but hey goth girls are a delicacy. o3o

If you have a blending tool try fading some of the eyeshadow. It looks very solid here and the point is that it blends against the skin.

Honestly if you can get K' drawn up again I wouldn't mind attempting a Fairlions banner.

God, that top is hot, though. Also her color palette bends great with the hair. Nnf.

…finally you know what, I’ll just say she inspired Loki to suggest the, uh, two colors of lipstick that come into play in my most recent pic sequence. XD

Okay yeah, looking at this again, I should have flipped them, yeah o 3o;;; The ref I was using had like a twist to the hips that I should have dropped, and it's made worse here because of what her arm's blocking out. Guess it would actually be pretty simple to fix if I wanted v 3v

And I have been meaning to do some sort of art for K's current look, so should get around to that >_>

A quick doodle of ExRushmon/Roux, the partner of Samantha/Crown Rogue o 3o;; I drew a very bad headshot of hers years ago and that's been all. I sketched her last week and showed Cam and Graham, but... I am bad with the Digimon proportions u_u Even using a more petite reference, it still came out way too human. So I decided to not pass go, not collect $200 and went straight for a some Digimon references; Ranamon helped a lot especially since the arm shape I was going for coincidentally happened to be very similar.

I definitely do like the general look of how it came out o 3o I didn't really do much to the design I had though, so it's still liable to be further iterated on some u 3u

I definitely like the more Ranamon-sequel proportions. She needs a couple more beasty bits, kinda like Maneshimon, but this is definitely a real cute design, I’m a fan. o uo

I almost feel bad for what she’s having to go through, but then again. You didn’t wear the right outfit, Roux.
