Anyway, working on Kasumi's profile and wanted to capture some of her early goth lolita flair but spin a little military into it. And then everyone got confused.

X_X Goth lolita military on a girl apparently said that's the style she portrays to everyone. So it came down to trying to not too military it up even though we made sure that the other uniforms already don't look like it. So maybe this will keep the peace in Dodge?

I like it, though at a second glance with the bands on the sleeves and glasses it almost looks a little steam punk too.

Definitely fits that leader vibe that Kasumi is working towards.

Hmm. o 3o; It's hard to say too much without more detail? I think there's probably enough flair and Castlevania-esqueness room here to be different from anything established, and it kind of looks like it might/could parallel Alma's S4 outfit of the fancy coat and Ilyasviel-esque skirt.

The goggles are very different than I'd expect, but not necessarily bad. There's some steampunkishness here, yeah, but that might work too.

Had a hell of a time finding her hairstyle. Justin showed me just about every Kuuhaku pic available and apparently NONE of us had a solid hairstlye for her. I drew it sort of wavy, Graham had loose curls, and Justin was about in the middle. I opted for something between Soma's waves and Riiko's long luxurious. The key was that I don't give her Mizuru's hairstyle. Riiko may have done her hair for her.

I think it's most kawaii because Kuuhaku, intentionally, doesn't smile much. Whole...muted emotions thing, and all. But when she does.

And yeah, her hair's kind of been...I tried to keep it consistent. ;_; But this...this is simpler and less "is this curled or what" and I like this hair.

Her eyes seem...actually, the longer I look at them they look both red and pink and it's unnerving. Like they're more Lenore's eyes than the Agito red. I actually like the effect, even though originally I was going to blame her DE. *u 3u*

In this case, continuing using Mass Effect for help in design, this one used the Protheans, while I took some ticks from Samus Aran. What I wanted to convey here was a biotechnological effect compared to the Crown's Stellarmon who is space energy and the Freelancer's Cosmomon who is high, more or less wireless technology.

In my continuing scanning and coloring stuff I draw while at work, I was trying to rework the design of Kurokawa's partner Chimaimon as the original was... well a hot mess. I wanted to give the idea that Chimaimon isn't just some Frankenstein of Digimon parts, but to his Tamer he is a work of art himself, like an abstract piece of sculpture.

Chimaimon "Scar" has been upgraded since his first appearance, his armor reinforced and his DDNA samples changed up a bit. His right arm is a sample of Angemon and Langhuamon DDNA, his right leg is from the Pantheramon strain, his opposing arm is all Devimon, and his leg and his curved horn are from Zhyrmon, the last Digimon to defeat him. He has... a few other surprises.

Ooooohhh. o 3o I liked the original basic design, despite its mishmash nature, but this one's really cool, too, and carries through the Frankensteinian aesthetic without being as cluttered.

Plus he's got these neat dark parallels to a Genomon in all the wrong ways. 8D I love his scarred eye, too.

This one is me still messing around with modifications in SAI. Copying is so different from Photoshop. X_X;;

Anyway!

Originally known as the PROWL Model, the SEARCH come from LEO Division VC Katharine Nepeta babying the rather young team Blues assigns her during a mission to better handle her DE. Through kindness and discipline nowhere on the regimen, her "Cat Tail Team" prove to be highly effective spies and scouts despite their small size and childish personalities. After the Tower of Genome is created, Blues discovers that the "house cat" phenotype they represent has split from the "hunter" phenotype he originally created. They are re-classed as Child levels to the Adult level Genomon PROWL models and are rechristened the SEARCH model. Working in publishing media, Blues redesigned their helmets and armor to be cuter so as to be better accepted... and to hide their intent more effectively.

Pictured here are the standard version and Katharine's version. Her five Genomon team are all distinguished by their bandana color and each have a gender.

This one be a big'n. Easily trumping almost every other Genomon type in size, Project KALLISTI is a special project within the Shai-Hulud with little actual clearance. Not even the top officers in TAURUS Division are aware of it...

If you're wondering about the colors and names, yes, this is meant to use all seven Sin Digimentals at once, harnessing the power of the Seven Great Demon Lords. Because of this it lacks a proper Fusion Drive. Rather, it must be operated by Genomon "Vaati" and X-Genomon "Lilith", who are attuned to at least two of the sins each. The armor produces a body once the Fusion Drives are installed.

And Vaati's B-Line Adult, the hulking tree-type GenoAshmon. Capable of being a full on fortress that can bombard opponents or create soldiers known as G-Stalkers, GenoAshmon isn't meant to move about. He's meant to ground in and wear down the targets.

I like how you gave his lightning-bolt insignia flat top as opposed to a pointed one. Gives him a distinct look that clearly states his inspiration and the goggles remind me of Impulse-era Bart Allen.
