I drew Bellaraphmon a LOOOOOONG time ago, Pic #46 to be exact, and back then Erik and I only had a rough idea of what she looked like. And yeah, back then when I was drawing using the track pad and was still trying to figure out the oekaki the color scheme was just horrendous, the design was overly simplistic, and the anatomy couldn't be more off, but hey, that's what practice is for, right?

I got the desire to draw up Hoofmon and Bellaraphmon "Bella" due to watching episode 44 of Xros Wars where most of the villain's army consisted of a bunch of centaur types like Centaurumon and Sagittarimon.

... yeah that's about all I got. ^^;

...It's always been so weird to me that Bella turns into these big majestic lady creatures. I think it's mostly because the other Digimon are like...even small, they're adults in children's bodies, whereas Bella is a child whose Tamer treats her like a child and then WHAM she has an adult body. @_@;

And graham... that's part of her story n.n
Bella was still pretty fresh from the egg when the game started and while she knows fighting happens she doesn't remember it because her natural adult form her actively keeps those memories from her child form as she simply isn't ready to handle them.

I think that may be changing though, as instead of confusion when she devolves, like in the very early mall thread, she knows she's battling at least. So maybe she's growing up

Anyways, the BG is stunning, and so is the "cleanness" of the lines. They're not spit-shine perfect but they're less messy than you usually do. Especially on the shield. Good work Babe

Well the shield is primarily straight lines, so I had to accept the help of the BBS rather than repeatedly attempt a straight line and leave a billion different strokes on the canvas. My tablet weeps with joy on that one.

And thus we have the final Royal Knight and second female of the group, for Fenrismon I wanted to put out the idea that she was more rough than Troiamon and didn't care about getting dirty.

Fenrismon's weapon is her armor, the Wolf Bone Armor, which increases in power whenever she kills in battle. At it's highest is Blood Lust Mode, wherein the armor goes crimson and the usually quiet and kept to herself Fenrismon loses it and slices through anyone left standing. It's in the best idea to not come at her as a group.

WOW it's hard to get an h-pic of ANY kind done when privacy is at a minimum. Ah well. Still satisfied with how this one turned out.

In DDT, the Dagrus there has a serious phobia of rabbits. To help him with this that version of Iris wears rabbit themed lingerie (Good Bye Bunny for the win) to ease him into not fearing them so damn much... or anytime she's not in the mood, yada yada.

Now in DU, there is Akurei Nagisa and his ridiculous hatred of kiwi fruit, and the Juicy Vengeance thread only served to remind us all of that. Enter Cadence with a solution: He eats the kiwi without a berserker rage, he eats out the girl sitting on them.

In the Digimon mythos, there are 13 Royal Knights. That said, only 11 of them have been released as of this writing. Rather than wait for them to release the last two, I set other Digimon I felt were strong enough to be Royal two in DDT, not caring too much since in DDT's storyline all but Omegamon were dead. Dial Up is a different issue, and since more have been released since the DDT set I came up with two more custom for Dial Up. As the Royal Knights have been a boys club this entire time the last two members are female, with this being the first.

Formerly called Quantamon (named after OO Quanta from Gundam OO), Troiamon seemed more fitting given the design I scratched up for her. Named after Helen of Troy, the woman who was so hot dudes went to war over her, Troiamon is extremely beautiful.... so much so she shields her face with armor to preserve her looks. Whenever she reveals her face people tend to die or sign up with the Royal Knights, as her body contains the finest of mesmerizing properties.

In DU, she's also responsible for the mass murder of several Digimon clans out of spite of their beliefs, and was the driving force in the Royal Knights turning on Yggdrasil, the Digital World's god.

So yeah.

Trying to figure out how best to illustrate Frey's DE. S'not easy, and don't think I like how this attempt turned out.

The whole 'solid fire' thing is clear in my head, tough to put to paper. It's sort of more like solid magma surrounded by fire than it is actual solid fire.

Well, Frey and his sister are showing up in Season 3. It'll be fun to see what Teams they join, and what roles they have to play. >:3

Suzuhana was actually one of my oldest original Tamers, from back on D-Zero, though anyone who remembers D-Zero (mostly Crescent/Justin) would remember that the original Suzu was much like what became Akurei's personality later on.

Esewarai Suzuhana is a lot different. The Captain of Daedalus' Division 7, LIBRA, he's a former soldier who's worked for various militaries around the world and has "walked the earth", so to speak. This seems to have given him an almost schizoid personality--he comes off as very carefree and almost frivolous, hence his big grin here. However, like the fox he prizes as his emblem, he's actually got a really ruthless side to him and an inner ambition that's rather terrifying.

His DE is based on portal-traveling through shadows and using them to attack their owners, hence his codename, "Eclipse".

He seems to get hungry easily, and tends, like his Vice-Captain Chuukon, to disregard personal property and space, and likes to show up in people's houses eating their food or ordering in a bunch of food to eat. Rather fittingly, his civilian cover is that of a beach bum, and he's usually seen around Cobalt lazing about like a douchebag.

This took a bit. X_X;

Blues Lowe has been a character on the line up from DDT, but I never had a good place to fit him in. The joy of multiple RPGs. ^^

Blues is a "designer baby", a total test tube case that wasn't even made for a super soldier project or some weapon program. Rather, he was the test bed for a more refined process and thus has no parents to speak of, instead being a vast mixture of DNA samples.

This backstory has given him a "Pinnochio Complex", knowing he's a creation and wanting to be considered real. This feeling has managed to endear him to the Genomon, of which he commands probably the largest amount, including holding a Contract with one, which SHOULD be impossible.

His visor is my favorite piece. I based his design on the character of Godot from the Ace Attorney series, who there used it to compensate for an illness that took his regular sight. Blues' visor is special tech that changes color and modulation depending on the function. Gray is the inactive state, while the color scheme pictured here improves connection to his Genomon.

FINALLY got this bastard done after a multitude of tries. I took a lot for this little bastard. Mega Man. Frieza and Cell from Dragonball Z. Evangelion 01. Seth from Street Fighter 4. And a few Yu-Gi-Oh monsters. GAH.

Can't forget the Gizmon and Snatchmon from Digimon Savers and World 3 respectively. Some of my favorite Digimon hands down.

This here is Genomon Command Type "Vaati", partner of Captain Blues Lowe and the (thus far) only fully sentient Genomon in the Daedalus Initiative.

Genomon are made up of the DNA of a multitude of Digimon, and each are equipped with the Fusion Drive installed in their abdomen that allows them to scan the battlefield and wake up those very genes. The more put against them, the more powerful they turn out. Of note, Vaati is the only Genomon that takes in LoE and is the only one that can produce it.

This is a fucking awesome design. o_o; Hot damn. I love the little close-up on his face, and the overall quality of the armor and pods...it's really neat, and it carries off the Gizmon/EVA feel while retaining the Digimon aspect.

Droidemon, whose designation is SAMM-U, but goes by "Sam" for short, is one of those few Digimon who seems to be singular and unique; almost no other Droidemon have ever been seen, and those that have have been only rather frightening glimpses...

Sam, for his part, is a gregarious, kindly little Digimon who considers himself Malcolm's little brother, referring him as "Aniki", and is curious about everything around him. Especially females. Of any species. He misuses the Argos Network (Daedalus' information monitoring system) for all kinds of voyeuristic horseshit, which often leads to Malcolm having to discipline him with a wrench. >_>;

Well, no, Celia does not have a Lust Digimental. But this idea has been bouncing around my head for quite a while now and I couldn't think of anything else to doodle.

She can turn you to stone with a kiss, paralyze you with a touch, and charm you with a gaze. All of these effects wear off once the Digimental does, but as you can see with the stone thing...That doesn't make her any less effective.

This entire form is actually a referance to the first character I ever saw with the name Celia, something that in the end became the deciding factor for Celia's name in the first place.

Celia and Lede were both Assassins in Final Fantasy Tactics. They possess a 100% Stone ability, a 100% Stop ability, a 100% Charm ability, a 100% Death ability, and the spell Ultima. Ya. They were formidable.

I would like Celia to get a Lust Digimental at some point. Could be much fun. o 3o

I'm playing with the idea of her being able to morph people to meet her preferances (See Also: Midnight Bliss)...a.k.a. lol silly Genderbending thread.

I think the eye glow is at its most elegant and understated in its general scary factor, right here. I also really love how Celia's tattoos seem to change with each Digimental incarnation...she really embraces each one she gets!

Who knew drawing an ox woman would take so much time!? X__X

Anyway, I decided to rework Bleumon and put in the much needed axe. In doing so I think I actually made up a nice little data entry for her.

The species is equipped with what is called Demon Woodwork, a special type of wood that is incredibly sturdy and resistant to wear... from some evil fucking trees (We're talking those fire breathing fuckers from Melchior 7, a cookie to whoever that is not Erik that can say the reference) and Bleumon are tested on how well they can cut and craft the stuff. Their axes are as important to them as a mic is to a Shoutmon, and they can normally be seen tempering the weapon whenever possible.

Decided to do some color balancing from the last iteration. Knocked out the steel/silver that was on the body and upped the amount of gold since it was prevalent on her body anyway. Tried to put a little blue in everything for the sake of theme and flow, to boot.

And Erik, you gotta name the axe. I got zilch.

Design wise, this is something else I picked up from watching too much Fairy Tail. ^^;

I started this yesterday and tossed it aside. I've been searching for my stupid Tablet CD for a while. Finally gave up (I KNOW IT'S HERE, DAMNIT) and went to Wacom's site to get the drivers. Works now. Still odd on the new computer... But not as much as I thought it might be.

I kinda just doodled. Fidgeted with crap. Random. I lost the idea after getting a pose. Which... took forever, actually. Had the body, was like "okay, what was I doing? Eh... Keep going. Figure a pose, mess with it then." ..... "Got a pose. Still nothing.

Blah.
