Buuuut also worth noting that we're starting with 6* heroes next year.

Red - Hawk/Eagle (seen both mentioned)
Yellow - Lion
Blue - Shark
White - Tiger
Green - Elephant
Black - Gorilla

*It's possible that we start with 3 and very shortly thereafter the other three get added, since the base configuration is two different 3-part robos;

Costume parts for the legs of JyouhWild - White, Green, Black (and then prolly the Cube Animal parts. They're gonna be the gimmick and probably pop open into actual animals)




Aaaand tiny little shot of JyouhShark. Although the mecha's the usual darker blue, it looks like she's gonna be using the lighter blue most common when it's a girl.

Costumes overall seem kinda ToQger-ish

JyouhKing there is a toy. What we actually see should be less flat (like the claws on Wild's legs).

King definitely has an Engine-Oh feel in terms of stacking, though >_>;;; Which I consider bad.

There's a listing for a giraffe aux mech that becomes a cannon. Overall, I really hope it goes for an approach styled after Boukenger and Gaoranger where there's a ton of interchangeable pieces (which can then combine with each other). As opposed to the Go-onger approach of a ton of simple 3-part robo that are just fodder for hideous clusterfucks.

I'm thinking Black was misinformation. No sign of him. Gorilla mech is there, but a burgundy color.

Which means Gorilla's Carrigator 2.0. That and JyouhKing's design means we're bound for clusterfuck city ;_;

Uh...holy shit, those costumes. Like, I'd expect that from a parody of a sentai show, like Neo Featherman from Persona 4. >__>;;; I mean, that's some "you didn't even try at all". That's just an animal face printed on spandex, guys.

It ain't like ToQ or Ninnin had complex costumes, but...

Between that and the Minecraft-Oh...let's just say it's not grabbing my interest the way the previous series did. >_>;

Yeah, Ninninger's costumes (including lovely thigh-high designs u_u ) definitely caught my attention in a positive way going into the series.

Jyouger... not so much >_>;;

Um. It's a brand new color combination? Those are always nice. As are light blue females. And it's cool that white is Officially back in the base team mix, wasn't expecting it two years in a row.

And... while I'm not a huge fan of Minecraft-Oh, will wait until we see the actual suit. The mechs have some potential if they don't go Full Go-onger ;_;

The actual JyouKing suit has some old school character by virture of being blocky. I'm really not a fan of super simple Engine-Oh three-part robos, but at least the torso and/or legs can be mixed and matched. It'll really depend on whether it actually looks cool or if it's a clusterfuck once they start putting 6+ of them together.

This show is amazingly stupid. But in a sorta...fun way? Maybe I'm just more forgiving of Sentai; even the dumbest things here weren't as bad as some Power Rangers series post-the first ones, and nothing was Goseiger-level "whyyyyy"; the only thing that looked honestly bad was JyouhKing. >_>; I'm not sure if that can be helped. The cube bots seem to say they're working on a budget and this is what we get, okay, the bad guys are using pyramid fighters, deal with it.

Deathgalian are certainly the most evil motherfuckers in a while. >_> These ain't the sympathetic dark nobility of the Shadow Line, or the goofy dysfunctional family of the Kibaoni Corps; these guys are mean alien dickheads who'll burn down a forest and shoot at children soon as look at them.

The Zyuman effects were surprisingly decent, although the lack of Sharkgirl chest emphasis is minus points for me, but I am a pervert. Amu even turned out cute! And Yamato's a different Red than we got with Right (headstrong, determined, gloriously charismatic, apple for a brain) or Takaharu (stupidly headstrong, FIRED UUUUUPPPP, dumber than a sack of rocks and knows it); he's got the traditional Red "rush into danger" instinct, but he's got a different approach and more of a personal connection to the role through his love of nature.

The costumes are still pretty bad and the BEAST MODEs are like Abaranger + Gaoranger (one of which I love and one of which I hate for spawning WILD FORCE), so eh. I kind of love the TARZAN YELLING and the horse masks and the Messing Around With Cubes bullshit, though, it's honestly funny. OH, and the Continues, where they put a coin into the monster to make it grow? THAT is a good Xbox Hueg Monster Mode mechanic.
