Digimon: Dial Up!

Changed the banner and updated phpbb from 3.0.8 to 3.0.9.
Added ReCaptcha to DU. Thought I had it, but turns out I misread something a while back. The codes I have are for the DOMAIN, not just one site. So. Since I haven't had to prune much on DDT that I noticed, or at least a lot less... I updated DU with the code.
Installed "Activation Justification" MOD. All new users must tell us why they should be activated. If they do not: DELETE. Simple as that.
Love the new banner, btw. ^_^
