Etymology
Australian: Hydromys chrysogaster, commonly known as rakali, rabe or water-rat, is an Australian native rodent. When renaming species with indigenous names, the 'water-rat' was given the name 'rakali'.
Background
Rakalimon are known as collectors and organizers, seemingly able to use anything they find somehow and find what seems to be impossible for some others. They are excellent swimmers, often found in coastal areas and near Rivers and Lakes in the Digital World.
Attacks

- Summons a small, serpentine water dragon around his arm that he then sends forward with the force of a highly-trained martial arts punch.
- River Rush Stance
- Orbs of water appear at either end of his staff and he uses them to enhance his spinning and kicking attacks.

Final Charge

- After a series of moves, four Rakalimon then rush the target, causing physical damage in the form of scratches all over the target's body. Oddly, each one seems to wear a different color...
