   Voltmon is a dragon man Digimon. A member of the Ryumon family, like most of its other evolutionary cousins, Voltmon's main vectors of attack are powered by a pair of Generator Wheels - one on each arm that power his metallic clawed Thunder Elements.

   :: Voltmon's signature attack; he generates a thick, solid "whip" of electrical energy from one of his Thunder Elements, lashing it at his target.
