A Zone Master (or "Zonemaster",) is a Digimon of high level that presides over a specific Zone of the Digital World. Each continent of the Digital World has its own Zones, and therefore has its own Zone Masters. They should not be confused with Digimon who are Clan/Tribe/Area Leaders, as Zone Masters are "singularity points"; Digimon of which there can only exist one individual at a time.
Each Zone Master has an ability called a "Law", which is an attack that is a special attack as a dominion
Their Law is always related to their Zone that will epitomize their element.
CaptainGreymon has "Dragon Law"
Stellarmon has "Star Law"
Nyarlathmon has "Eldritch Law"
Sirenmon has "Aqua Law"
- The Dancer of the Sky, Favonimon
- Favonimon is the Zonemaster of Mt. Moonsong, and watches over the powers and beings mostly associated with wind.
- Dragon Lord of Fire, CaptainGreymon
- Rank: Zonemaster of Limit Valley
Title: Lord of Fire
Master Weapon: Great Warblade Gaiacalibur
Headquarters: Warsong Fortress
The hard-assed yet respectable Lord of Fire leads the Dragon species, and is one of the few licensed to carry a Dramon Killer weapon. He can grant Digimon the use of the Spirits of Flame, creating Agnimon. He is brother to Glaidramon of the Ice.
Final Charge: End of Courage
- Keeper of the Infinity Archive, Nyarlathmon
- Nyarlathmon is Zonemaster of the Crimson Monastery and keeper of the Dark Science of Minus Evolution, otherwise called Dark Evolution/Evil Evolution. He keeps to himself in the Crimson Monastery guarding his prize collection of relics, as well as guarding the Infinity Archive even deeper within his realm. He shares half of the Darkness power with Shiryoumon, who he can be found playing an elaborate game of chess usually.
This creepy individual has an ongoing rivalry with the Zonemaster of the Terminal Forest, Hi-Spec Kuwagamon. It is not one born of accomplishment or personal feud... Hi-Spec wants to study all the relics Nyarlathmon has, while Nyarlathmon wants to take all the relics Hi-Spec keeps for his experimentation.
Raids happen. Arguments occur. The Umbromon stay the fuck out of this mess. XD
- The Hard Ice Destroyer, Glaidramon
- The Master of Blindstorm Point, he has an icy demeanor befitting such a locale. Glaidramon presides over a legion of Chakmon and Blizzarmon who strive to keep their frightening lord at ease.
He has a great distaste for visitors, though deep down he wouldn't mind a little company now and then. It's kind of like those types that love parties but hate people.
He is the older brother of the Zonemaster of Limit Valley, CaptainGreymon, and Glaidramon only seems to lighten up in his presence. Still, if there's any Zonemaster who could use a hug, it's this mon here...
- The Royal Songstress, Sirenmon
- Sirenmon, the adult form of Haruka's partner Mantamon. Once always accompanied by her Knightfishmon bodyguards, she's more than powerful enough to go on without them. Sirenmon is; in truth; the Zonemaster of Encode Sea by birthright, but unfortunately had to hide from the Royal Knights due to her ability to access weaponry and treasure hidden beneath the Encode Sea that they would be more than happy to get their hands on. It's only recently she was once more recognized as Zonemaster.
- The Reaper at Twilight, Shiryoumon
- Shiryoumon is an oddity as he is (with the exception of the recently revealed Zonemaster of Encode Sea) the only Zonemaster that does not sit at the Ultimate level, rather he remains as a Perfect. One of two Darkness based ZMs, Shiryoumon like Nyarlathmon is the keeper of a Dark Science, that of Death-X Evolution. In his domain he keeps Lowemon. Despite his grim appearance, he is actually a pretty nice guy. However, in keeping his Dark Science, he must continue to rule with fear so no one gets any bright ideas...
- Queen of the Forest, Titanmon
- Titanmon here is the Zonemaster of Native Forest, and in terms of age is second only to Primusmon. Despite her age she keeps what seems to be an eternally youthful appearance due to her bond with the Digital World, and can exist wherever nature exists, even if she has to burst through rock and metal. Also of note is her stature and physique. She is normally seen in her gargantuan form, towering over all that could do harm to her or her subjects, though she can adjust herself to be tiny, normal sized, and can even adjust her measurements based on her feelings or the amount of nature she can manipulate.
She keeps Arbormon as her attendants, and due to her calm personality they are very much like warrior monks.
- The Dancer of the Sky, Favonimon
- Favonimon is the Zonemaster of Mt. Moonsong, and watches over the powers and beings mostly associated with wind. Her home is a wonderful spring and resort-like area in which all are welcome, so long as they play nice.
- Science of the Greater Space! Stellarmon!
- Stellarmon is the Zonemaster in charge of... well... space. She is officially in charge of the moons of the Digital World, and is based in Cometchaser Village; the "Gateway to the Stars".
- Plutonemon
- Plutonemon is the Zonemaster of what was once known as Starsong Vale. Now called Starsong Spiral, it contains all the floating islands that range from close to Encode Sea, up to a point nearly out of the atmosphere.
- Primusmon
- The most highly-developed region in Media outside of Terminal proper, the Clockwork Savannah is one part arid plain and two parts urban sprawl. It's home to most of the archipelago's Machine-type Digimon, and is home to countless industrial areas, construction sites, and research facilities. This area is watched over by the reclusive crystalline Zone Master Primusmon, though he is seldom seen.
- Kintaromon
- An extremely arid region existing outside the rain-shadow of Limit Valley and Fractal Vale, Great Hammer is the closest thing in Media to a pure desert, though it possesses evergreen forests along its borders. It is also riddled with mesas, mountains, and caves...both natural and Digimon-made. Its name was gained primarily from its great population of Digimon smiths working away in their forges to produce high quality weaponry/armor/other tools, or simply to smelt varieties of Digizoid. The Zone Master here is the childlike and capricious Kintaromon.
- Hi-SpecKuwagamon
- A huge and highly advanced research facility located in the center of Fractal, it acts as a sort of "hive" almost for some of the Insect-types of the Vale, and is a center of Digimon experimentation and innovation in almost every respect. It's also the seat of power for the cunning and intellectually-minded Hi-Spec Kuwagamon, Zone Master of the area.
