These are 'Landing Pages' with blurbs of information that may need heavy expansion, or may best serve their purpose left as such.
An example of the latter is the "Core Intelligences" page. It is easier to link there when referring to them and then allow you to choose which one you're interested in reading, and link directly to either page when speaking of just one.
If a page is of the former kind, it should be removed from "Stub" once it has been sufficiently expanded.
Note: Digimon and Tamer Entries will never be marked as Stubs.
