- Essentially, if something is a weapon, or even part of a weapon, Kai can use it. All he has to do is pick it up; digital code will run between his hand and the weapon. This link will give Kai the required understanding of how to be able to use the weapon. If the weapon needs an energy source, his DE allows him to power it via his LoE. And up to a certain point, this also allows Kai to use a weapon 'beyond his scope', such as something that would normally be too large or too heavy. Using his D-Phone, he is able to store up to three different weapons at once.
