This one's rough even by my standards lol > 3> But had wanted to vaguely catch the look of some of my new supporting Crowns. This is Sefina Tameifuna/Crown Trigger. Sefina was new to the Cyan PD when the Second Crash happened. In the process of saving someone from an anomaly, she got sucked into the Digital World and spat out in a remote region of Blindstorm Point. Which, as someone of Tongan and Samoan heritage, wasn't exactly her jam. She probably would have succumb to hypothermia if she didn't find and contract her Snowbunmon partner, Lumi. Though the rest still wasn't particularly fun, since a D-Phone was an IOU item, they still had to make for a settlement on their own, eventually running into a group of Crowns that assisted.

Sefina's undressed here mainly as I wanted to sort out her bodytype. She's well-toned, but not to a Celia/Lucrezia degree. Emphasis on chest/torso/arms, with less so on hips. Not quite sure on the hair design, but probably some sort of ponytail; its dyed blonde but with black roots and underlayers. Tattoo design's a total placeholder, just kinda doodled something to evoke something traditional.

One common theme here is trying to figure out how to improve on fluids/mess v 3v Admittedly kinda gave up here... despite being able to do a lot better nowadays, I feel like my portrayal of Millia is running into some of the same issues it did back in the day.

Onward as I try to be mildly productive with various character/Digimon concepts o 3o;

Have a few different Digimental ideas for Jade on deck, Digimental of Light being the most solid, and this is a rough concept for that idea. Light is a pretty layered characteristic for Jade, as she used to be a good girl way back when before going all goth/punky bad girl, and of course still has plenty of relevant traits within her, such as the compassion to save and help Kella when the two were originally trapped in Soullock despite fear and whatever else associated with Kella having been doing the whole Mrs. X thing trying to hunt down and kill Jade u 3u

Still, I didn't want Light!Jade to be some sort of hearts and sparkles good girl. Goth nun with some minor knightly qualities just fits.

Beyond that, still messing around exactly with Jade's Digimental effects. Ferocity has the cool crest in her hair thing, but I didn't really want to force myself to always committing to doing stuff with her hair o 3o; Tattoos will always be a big part of her Digimental Supplements, I think, and rather than necessarily changing her hair color here I tried the pink makeup instead.

And a rough concept of Jayden with the Digimental of Sincerity installed. This is actually how she debuted in game, unknowingly to Frey, Hanabi, and Nana o 3o (granted her cloak was bigger then but bluh bluh enchanted and changes > 3>)

Since her method of using Digimentals have a greater effect on her than a typical supplement I wanted to experiment with showing that more visually, which I've done in part by changing her eye color and pupil shape. Her hair here is tucked into her cloak and feels a lot more like a tail.

Still feel like a little something's missing. I think I had been toying with the idea of a flower petal-shaped ring around her cloak's muffler. Otherwise maybe a leaf tecture/design to her shirt.

A new take on Captain Jayden; experimented with an updated design. Well, more like evolved - her enchanted coat (I should give it a name v 3v) will continue to change itself to remain in line with her image of herself as she continues to grow. Compared to her old art and her starting point, the coat's become a bit more fancy in design now and her outfit has slightly more feminine elements to it between the lavender sash and the less loose, white pants.

I did that doodle of her and Mariko for Maid Month last year that I wasn't all that satisfied with and that nice h-pic for Graham's birthday. Pretty much the same outfit with a few tweaks.

A quick pic to celebrate Maid!Camille becoming canon u 3u Just wanted it to be a single afternoon thing so a few parts are a bit rough even by my standards and there's minimum shading. Think it came out well, only two nitpicks of my own would be, despite leaning into a ref, I couldn't quite get her left shoulder exactly right and the translucent lace on her chest would look better with some more detail. Well, and, I was trying to go for a slightly more "How may I serve you, Master~? <3 " faux perky-happy expression, but I feel like something more confidently-predatory always comes out when I do Camille with any sort of grin XD

You know what might help with her expressions? Is just...up-curve the eyebrows, don't try and capture the playful-glare expression too hard because that shit is a white whale, in my experience. X_X I tried with some of the Breakfast Club polycule pics to have, say, Haruka teasing Robyn with that kind of eyebrow game? Or to make Robyn look like she's concentrating or being cute? And it never works, it always looks like they're angry or evil or some shit. >_>;;; Then I try the same expression with eyebrows curved upwards and it looks great, the mood is fun and everyone's having a good time. The only time I can really make sharp eyebrows work is when someone's gotten a mess on their face and it's all over their eye. >_>;; And even then!

Summer's starting to wind down, and the only swimsuit pic we got were a bunch of lolis >_> So here's Sentinel's #1 Loyal to Albert 100% Committed to the Cause member, Avalina Liang De Santana u 3u

Ava also hasn't been drawn in forever, not since before Sentinel became a thing, and not since she changed her hairstyle. Besides that, tweaked her eye shape a bit to suggest her 1/4th Chinese heritage. Her 1/2 Brazilian heritage, meanwhile, comes through stereotypically in her lower half > 3> Wanted to also emphasize some muscle definition on her thighs and abs as, after Lucrezia, I'd probably say Ava's my most visibly toned female PC.

Swimsuit is a very low-key disguise from an upcoming mission >_> I wanted to go with colors she's normally not seen in as much, hence the bright yellow and white. Bonus Dead Number so I could fiddle with its design - wanted to keep its referential colors, but went far more muted.

Here's a rough concept of Iris's new hairstyle and outfit. Been messing around, both in my head and sketching for awhile now to arrive somewhere that worked. Managed to get this together well enough, despite experiencing an even larger inability to draw lines than usual >_>

Her Yugioh hair, as he termed it, is largely Cam's idea after I decided that Iris has been letting it grow out a bit more and going toward something in the vein of G Gundam's Allenby. I think it's in part because I feel like her face came out a bit more adult-y proportioned here, but Cam did a doodle to establish the hairstyle that captured the sort of anime poofiness a bit better.

Her outfit... I'm surprised I kinda got it to come together in the end XD Still undecided if it's a bit much or not. Hilariously, despite everything else having a sporty feel, it's the punky-prep corset-vest that was the final addition that brings everything together >_> That's along with a zip-up top and Goodbye Bunny-branded leggings. I was originally trying to work some blue somewhere into one of her tops to blend with her Dinoforce jacket, but I think that would have been a bit too much and wound up only putting some blue into her sneakers.

I can see where some of your favorite design aspects came together here. The YuGiOh! hair, Fumina's top from Build Fighters Try, they actually come together pretty nicely up top...though I think the pants are several degrees too loud. I think for this outfit jean shorts to bring up more blue would work out better and changing up the pants as they are now into tight, under-armor-ish leggings. Possibly invert the colors.

Schwarz Vi Obscura doesn't like missing tea time, even if otherwise distracted u_u So here's him enjoying his afternoon cup while Glory, previously indisposed, is given a few moments to rest.

I was originally gonna do Schwarz's ambiguous shadow still like so in the foreground, but off to the side before realizing that it would make for some fun convenient censoring >_> I didn't really go in too hard on the details but think the fluids are at least a bit of an improvement over the Maid Camille pic.

Another rough pic, was trying to has out a design for how Jade would have spent most of her time in Soullock - part tattered clothing, part slavegirl disguise, part salvaged gear, part Digimental supplement. I was originally gonna do something else with her hair, but I took a look at the new Crest of Ferocity design and just kinda tried it in her hair like that XD

With her D-Phone dead, locking away both her Enhancement and Digimon Partner, Jade wound up using a Digimental of Ferocity acquired within Soullock that has a flame/heat bend to it. The claw weapon on her right arm is augmented by the Digimental, allowing her to heat it up as well as launch the claw tips.

I feel like the rust and darker red colors are Soullock appropriate, not sure about the rest.And maybe should have added a few more pieces of kitbashed armor, maybe on her hip(s) and/or left shoulder or something.

Alright, some more designs I've been wanting to do. From left to right are the Child through Perfect stages of Lucrezia's partner, Vivienne. Heartmon, DokiHeartmon, and DokiDokiHeartmon. Sizing is vaguely to scale (heights are 5'6", 6'6", and 7'4").

Super rough designs here lacking finer detail (and maybe a few more armor parts), done more for establishing the general look than trying too much to Digimon-y up the proportions (I definitely don't think I exaggerated her hourglass shape enough, though I did mess around a bit with a larger forearm design on Heartmon). Doki is probably a bit... small, since she's supposed to be DD, and then DokiDoki, um, Further Beyond XD But yeah.

Colors are super basic and in practice would be some more variety on the pinks (particularly Heartmon's own armor), plus DokiDoki's is supposed to have some purple designs going. Other big note is that her skin's supposed to be kinda chalky-white, I probably should have used a colored background to mess around with that better so it came out a bit less human-y. In general, happy enough with how everything's vaguely looking... though I feel like potentially Doki's helmet should have more of a knight thing going and more of the golden vine design as opposed to the kinda sci fi kitsch I wound up with.

Yeah XD I mean, I didn't even line those up properly on the ring, but gives enough of an idea.

But yeah - even with how touch and go some elements here are, glad I got rough templates for the designs out. Heartmon was actually in the minority, as the Child levels for the vast majority of my active core cast have gotten some sort of art. But I have quite a few without anything for core evolutions (obviously not even starting on Armor evos; not counting the Valor Digimimental banner, I think Lagomon is my only Digimon with art of any of those lol >_>), so I'd like to try to keep something like this up to provide at least vague visual references for more of my Digimon.

Huh. o_O I didn't realize DokiDoki was...that humanoid. The Heart Containers are pretty neat, but...IDK. I think my favorite is DokiHeartmon.

I think part of it is these concept sketches with her looking this human-y bother me.

Oooook. See I read her description wrong. I thought she was like smol but busty, not more regularly proportioned.

Longer arm is a start but don't be afraid to really stretch how the anatomy works for a Digimon or monster girl design. Particularly in the glasses and skirt don't think of how things might work with something human. Those logistics are for the cosplayers.

Well, actually, she probably should look a bit shorter/smoller, yeah >_> I was originally gonna just do a bust, then decided to try more and didn't keep her height in mind so much. Maybe I should have messed with those proportions a bit more too. But yeah, wanting to kinda expand on better depecting Digimon-yness are reasons why I kept this super rough and will prolly try and force myself to draw some more World Tour enemies. Part of the reason why the finer elements of Bellfloramon are still stuck in design hell etc.

I think you got a good base here (admittedly I wanna try and take my own crack at it) but ya, keeping in mind proportions and stuff and trying to do more Digimon-y things...not always easy
