Probably most informative is the top-right, a glimpse of the Zebes Edge boomerang-sword. Left side is the javelin I'm reminded I've yet to name. Bottom right is his Bandit Sword, which has been drawn in an earlier pic and appears again here as proof that I apparently can't draw straight lines.

When I started coloring it I was all "....this isn't at all straight ;_; " and was way too lazy to fix it since each part of the sword wound up at a different angle >_> I do admit that I was pretty sloppy with the Bandit Sword since there was already a pretty good look at it in that Kai/Millia pic <_<;

So I came across a very leggy pic that inspired me. And I wanted to doodle something similar - and throw on some stockings. Which equates generally to Nana or Cadence. Though I have a feeling that Graham or Cam is gonna yell about another choice or two that should have been obvious <_<

Aaanyway, I did that Cadence+Camille cheesecake pic sorta recently. And then I also did that ~~Nana~~ Divine Crown Lion helmet cheesecake. But hey, that was Divine Crown Lion, not Nana, so decision made >_>

So here's Nana with her hair... kinda done somewhat manageably <_< Even though it's sorta short, her hair is simply wild (though I notice that, especially with how it's cut off, it came out looking maybe a bit too poofy here). Nethertheless, done up a little bit with a dash of makeup added. She probably could get it a little neater, but that rapidly becomes a matter of diminishing returns since I assume that her hair would soon to be messed up a whole lot in a situation like this >_>;

Veered away from anything Crown-branded in favor of pink stockings and bright blue lingerie. But now I'm kinda tempted with a part two pic that makes up for the lack of Crown-branded items here <__<;

Man I suck at Digimon ;_;

Here's a rough trial at one of the Adult-level evolutions of Nana's partner, GroLiomon. His C-Line (I'll have to try his A and B-Lines again someday >_> ), DenebLiomon.

DenebLiomon, thus far, like AltairLiomon, has only been used by Divine Crown Lion. Drawing from a nighttime cityscape, he has a largely neon colorscheme, emphasizing speed, bestial finesse, and a flashy attack set. He's also the basis of Divine Crown Lion's "Stardust Tonight" Persona Code.

Came out a bit too humanoid. Should've gone with a bit more of a hunched posture. And added a tail.

XD When I decided on the naming scheme for Nana's evolutions, the thought did cross my head how Den-O used the summer triangle stars with Zeronus/Deneb, but screw the rules because it's a cool related three-name pattern <_< Plus, some of the evolutions actually have some kinda star/space-y themes!

Various rough doodles to further give an idea of Chloe's design o 3o;

Big one is something more representative of her in battle. She is not your smiles and sunshine sort of mahou shoujo >_> She is an arms-crossed, you're in trouble if she doesn't have a reason to take that huge ass rocket axe off her back sort of mahou shoujo.

Speaking of that huge ass thing on her back >_> It is, as you can see in the lower left corner, her Pleaides Arms. The rocket boosters (one on both sides of each blade, and one on the bottom of each blade) not only increase the speed/power of her swings, but are also able of carrying her through the air along with the axe itself.

Above that is just what her hair looks like from behind. And then above that, in the top left corner is her chest armor. In black and white to show the design better and then colored with the gold highlights I'm thinking about adding.

General design trial for Chloe's Raiment. Ran out of paper real estate so no glove and boot design here > 3>

Keyword being general for a few reasons. Her expression is neutral-ish - and really more suited for her everyday self than anything. In battle is probably when Chloe resembles Helena the most <_<

I had a rough companion doodle that I scrapped but will prolly redo that would be more indicative of her actual demeanor in combat.

*Some colors may change a bit; Chloe has the same color hair as Helena and I didn't run this pic by Graham. Not sure if it's a bit too light. Also the chest armor is supposed to have a wing-like design that got kinda lost with the color scheme I've settled on for the moment. So I may change that around a bit - atm leaning towards adding highlights.

Been wanting to give Millia another go after not doing such a great job with her awhile ago. Came across a couple pics in veins similar to this that inspired me; I originally paused and thought if there was a more established couple that would fit the idea, but decided Kai and Millia were appropriate.

Also because symbolism and junk >_> Kai's whole deal of trying to strip away Millia's pride from consuming her - something that he's put his body on the line for. He's also begun to more or less discard his own layers in order to establish himself as trustworthy without many questions.

Could have come out a bit better. Not too happy with Millia's right shoulder/arm. Maybe I should have also tried going through with my original idea of her hand on Kai's wrist/arm.

Do think I did a much better job with Millia's face this time. Also, Kai's still yet to be drawn with a shirt on >_>

Aaaaaaaand another random pic I wound up doodling. I've been trying to perfect the design/color scheme of Lagomon's new dinosaur-based C-line, and that happened to coincide with some housekeeping - checking in on some old missions and noticing that Iris has a lot more Digimentals than I thought she did (I assumed it was only the ones she had activated and never checked to see if she had others). And she happens to have a Lust Digimental. How about that.

...Which I've somehow wound up drawing o 3o; Don't really remember how the succubus vibe came around. Though I did think the horns go well with her hairstyle XD

Ezio, I imagine, may wind up seeing this activated. Others... I'm not so sure. I really don't see Iris as someone who'd let this activate on the field. Especially since most Digimentals will be through her Digimental Coat most of the time.

Bluh. Been trying to get together a decent pic of Crown Victory on and off for awhile now.

A bad general concept of Victory Mode (where his normally bland Crown Uniform turns white and gold, and his partner becomes shoulder pauldrons and wings). Think I want the visor to be a bit more angular and crown-like.

...As in a King's Crown, not DU Crown >_>;;;;;

I'm not really sure what to do with his uniform exactly. Maybe make the "standard" Crown Uniform beneath less standard... knight in shining armor, yes. Quincy Nazi, no. So I'm a bit worried about "White Crown Uniform with some armor slapped on" turning out a bit too much like the latter.

Hmm.. I would suggest going more of an Alforce Veedramon route with the "V" and make it an actual piece of armor rather than decoration.

Yeah, definitely gonna do something more with the v/chest design. Making it 'pop' out from the chest plate is a good idea. And will give some consideration into putting some black/silver into the final design, that could be a way to help avoid any Quincy-ness.

Random picture because of music >_>; Here I am trying to draw certain characters/evolutions/powers for the first time and give others some more proper art and I end up drawing Nana (who's prolly one of my best represented chars as far as my own art goes ^^; )

Was fun to do. Nana floating over the Digital World. Wanted to do some sort of amalgamation of clothing - hence Divine Crown Lion's cowl and belt, though wasn't entirely sure where to go from there. Considered more wispy clothing with convenient censoring and a few other things. Ultimately wound up going with stockings and gloves that featured a pattern similar to her Crown ones. Her top and bottoms (along with the trailing scarves) turned out like part something Nana would wear, part sorta a hero-like outfit, and part close to lingerie... which oddly works very well, hence why I rolled with it >_>

Well, for years now, I have lacked a vigilante of my own (Dark Pearl Zwei doesn't count because she's totally evil kthx >_> ) That, however, is about to change o 3o

Meet "Masquerade", who will be making her first appearance sometime soon.

As you can probably see, she has a butterfly motif. Masquerade fights with a sword, but the butterflies that dance around her are not just for show, and act to both defend her and attack her enemies. Could they be her DE?

All things considered, if not stitch lines, I prolly shoulda atleast tried a more heavily detailed approach to shading her outfit ^^; Because I'll give you some of the outfit confusion... and her left arm is actually probably part of that. She's standing with her right arm and leg forward and left arm and leg back, but her left shoulder's probably getting mistaken as part of her chest x 3x

Admittedly, I don't think I nailed all of the anatomy, but I've tried to sketch Masquerade a few times now, and this came out far, far better than my earlier attempts, so I was determined to run with it >_>;;

...Well, I guess these usually aren't done when battle-worn, but whatever >_> The design of her non-partially shredded combat uniform resembles a kunoichi, as to not hinder her movement, especially her arms.

Character art for Arina Otafiire, younger sister of Aleksandr, and new 3rd Seat of the THESEUS-XIII's first division ARIES. Aleksandr and her were originally intended for AQUARIUS, but given certain events instigated by one Albert Pendragon and the defection of a certain someone who was to become Kolenkhov's Vice-Captain, they're instead being assigned to ARIES.

Shown here with her Digital Enhancement active, you can see that Arina is literally well-armed >_> Because her forearms can turn into blades with the strength of chrome digizoid. Of the two siblings, Arina is more lethal in close combat, but isn't capable of as much destrution as her brother.

Concept night continues!

Here's a pair of doodles of Iris's forthcoming Digimental Coat. On the left is the jacket itself in its base form, that Iris will start wearing around, especially on missions/etc. On the right is the coat when active using a Courage Digimental, which'll be one of the two primary Digimentals she uses.

Jacket doodle is a few weeks old, I wasn't really satisfied with either of the two active concepts I did at the time. Courage is a mostly new take on the design (and yes, the shoulder is terribad).

For anyone curious, Ferocity is the other primary digimental. Still not quite satisfied with its general design yet. Also trying to more or less adhere to a standardized scheme for each - the Digimental's associated color plus silver and black.

Well, in regards to the "spiky" design. Fangs 'n junk >_> According to Sentai, fangs/diamonds are the universal design element for anything dinosaur-based.

In terms to Courage specifically, some of the armor design was inspired in part by a pic I had come across - It admittedly beckoned something that might be more fitting of, say, Heroism, considering a bit of a knightly tilt. But I was really inspired and figured Courage fit just as well for several reasons. So I wound up taking a few of the inspiring aspects and combined them with some of the designs I had doodled for her a few weeks ago and, presto o 3o;

A few weeks ago I had also originally inverted her hair color - colored her bang-tuft black and the rest of the hair after the Digimental. But definitely glad I switched it to just recoloring her tuft + adding in highlights.

Digging the jacket, though the armor... looks a touch uncomfortable. Hot, but uncomfortable. You will want to raise the fangs up more cuz at that angle we're seeing nipples.

Mkay, yeah. Didn't really think about sizing those up here ^^;

The only real potentially uncomfortable area would probably be the chest >_> But considering the origins of the jacket idea (also totally your own doing <_< ), I felt it inevitable that there'd be something like that going on in one of the Digimental Forms XD

As far as the other "spikes" go - I should clarify, since it's not clear without any shading - all of the red underlayers are not hardened armor o 3o; They're just stylized stockings/gloves. The black, for that matter, is also something more in between, something like thick spandex.

Tried a pretty direct perspective, not entirely happy with how it and the proportions turned out, but it's serviceable enough.

Another round of doodles that I'm posting because I dunno when I'll ever get around to perfecting designs and giving proper art >_>

On the left is Blademon, the partner of Xuan, the Crown's Pink Lion Denebola depicted a couple pics below. I wanted to give him a standout color scheme for a sword... though not sure if I've made him look as a Digimon enough as opposed to just a sword x 3x The big diamond on the hilt is his eye. Maybe I shoulda made the pupil round or something (but specifically want a "digital" eye, as opposed to a creepy Soul Edge eye or something). Other thought is to maybe give the hilt guards a more flexible look so they can act as arms/hands.

On the right is the general concept for Satimon, the partner of ~~Anne-Marie~~ Dark Pearl Zwei o 3o A demonic-ish girl with a helicopter/jetpack tendril backpack >.>

The funny thing is, despite the timing, Honedge was very much not in mind when I decided "Xuan's partner is going to be a sword". I then, of course, remembered Honedge, which is the reason why I decided against a sash since I didn't want to be too direct ^^; I think I may go with the hilt/handle being somewhat elastic/flexible so Blademon can emote; and maybe add a design of some sort to the blade.

Anywaaaaaay, as a personal agent of Divine Crown Lion, Freyja's been assigned a subordinate, pictured here. Xuan Starfall, aka Pink Lion Denebola.

...Hopefully Freyja will be up to shenanigans and/or the two will develop a fun dynamic of some sort, because I'm quickly taking a liking to Xuan, dammit XD

Xuan has one Vietnamese and one Thai parent. Personally, she has an interest in astrology and has beliefs in some relevant concepts thereof (She herself is a Libra; that's also the symbol that's supposed to be in the earring on her left ear).

Her Digimon partner is Blademon, who's just that o 3o; A sword. Who really needs Xuan to be wielding him to do that much in combat.

The art's not my best, and kinda undecided about some color choices. Wound up changing around the colors (and adding the see-through bits) from what I originally had in mind. The red streaks in her longer bangs are there from when I cooked up a description for her; dunno if I just didn't color them well or if they make her design a bit too busy.

Freyja's "promotion" was entirely my idea, and all I know on that end is that it's "agreeable" for Freyja, presumably since she can stalk Celia better > 3>

I'm interested to see if Xuan takes off, since the mindset I created her with is something unique for me o 3o In that she prescribes to her daily horoscope and has a general belief in a pre-set destiny. In terms of a SIIKRIT FACTION, there are definitely a couple different ways that Xuan could end up loyal to Freyja. And then, yeah, Jade's definitely in debt to Freyja o 3o; And has limited personal options. And wants to get back at Dem Twins. So definitely ways where that could line up >_>

As for Freyja I don't think it's so much she's gathering a covert faction as the Crowns are sort of...naturally fractious XD; Seriously, look how diametrically opposed the pre-Duscant Divines were, with like...Albert doing Shady Business and setting the Sentinel groundwork, Godiva being A Mom, Sasha doing ?????????, and Adrian being A BROODING ANTIHERO WHO WILL RUIN A SECTION OF YOUR BOWELS IN REVENGE
