Mesomon have four legs and a flattened body. If they stand still, they can fool others into thinking they're a table. Be careful when you stop to rest!

Etymology

English: Meso, short for "Mesothelae", the Scientific Classification sub-order of spider; that is, the burrowing spider.

Background

As it seems good at disguising itself as furniture, it tends to find a place to hide out in outlying villages if it is not hiding underground... though, there have been mentions of strange little tables in bigger cities.
